Antonio had the catetherism and it went good

We thank God because He was faithful to us. Now the Doctors are evaluating what to do next. Please, be praying for Antonio's soul that all that he knows intellectually would become a spiritual reality for him. Thank you for your prayers.

The effects of the Chaitén Volcano in our city

Although we are far away from the Chaitén Volcano (410 miles), and with the Andes mountains between the volcano and us, see the difference in our city with and without ashes. The picture was taken at 12 am

Antonio will have a catheterism next Friday

A catheter is a flexible tube made of latex, silicone, or Teflon that can be inserted into the body creating a channel for the passage of fluid or the entry of a medical device. In Antonio's case that will be doing in his heart next Friday. It seems a very simple surgery but in Antonio's situation it doesn't. Pray for him. Please be praying that Silvina would have wisdom in the following days. Her sister Claudia es now with her. Silvina is very tired and exhausted and missing the children and they are missing her too, not to say about me... But, we know that we're doing God's will honoring our parents. So, pray for us that that will encourage us a lot during this week.

ANTONIO

ANTONIO

Silvina's father is quite a bit better thanks God. Today the doctors will decide if he needs a surgery. Antonio is now open to continue the treatment. Days ago he was very reluctant to it. Silvina has been with him for a week now. We miss her at home a lot! Pray for us!

I know that this is a serious blog :) but I think that you would enjoy this video. It would make you to watch your words!

LEADERSHIP TRAINING...AND BBQ!

Today we took advantage of May 1st to have fellowship and for the examining of Biblical truths about leadership. We have been using a couple of notes given to me by pastor Tom Gibbons, the same ones that we used years ago in our UCB Camp in Paysandú, Uruguay.
The issues that we studied were:

1. The Importance of Leadership preparation
2. Plural Leadership is Biblical without any question
3. The hindrances to leadership preparation:

a. Lack of Men
b. Lack of Faithful Men
c. Lack of faithful wives to the faithful men

4. The Offices in the Church

a. Elders, Pastors, Overseers
b. Deacons

The activity began at 10:30 am and ended at 6:00 pm. As you can see, not only we had a wonderful time of training but also a very good time of fellowship enjoying BBQ! Wow! That time of fellowship while waiting the meat to be ready, singing, talking and playing spiritual songs and drinking mate (national drinking) O! how we love that time!
